Cancellation Policy

Please be informed that we have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you decide that the time you chose doesn't work for you any longer, please make certain that you inform us AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled session. We made it very convenient for clients to reschedule their own appointments online using the link in your confirmation email. You may also call or text 813-871-3200.

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

It is understood that unanticipated events happen, occasionally, in everyone’s life. We want to be effective and fair to everyone while respecting our time. Each situation will be dealt with individually.

Rescheduling Policy

We have adopted the following policies:

- No less than 24-hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule or move up their appointment.

- If you are unable to give at least 24 hours advance notice of rescheduling there is a 50% charge and it is non-refundable. So, if you are scheduled for 1 PM, you must reschedule BEFORE 1 PM the day before your scheduled session.  

- Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their session, for whatever reason, will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full amount of their session.

- Please know, we will enforce and will not waiver. Therefore, please do not ask us to relinquish the policy. We are here to set an example. As the Dalai Lama once said, “Follow the three R's: respect for self, respect for others, and responsibility for all your actions.”

Arriving Late

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless you have called to say that you are running late), it will be construed that you are a no-show. Please know, that no-shows are charged the full amount of their scheduled session.

Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. Regardless of the length of your actual scheduled session, please understand that you will be responsible for the full session.
